Founded by longtime friends Maria Pappas and Kamilla Romankowski, SWAY was built on the belief that great staging should do more than fill a space. It should create an emotional connection, tell a story, and give buyers a reason to remember a home.

Friends since seventh grade, Maria and Kamilla founded SWAY in 2020 after recognizing an opportunity for a more elevated, design-forward approach to home staging in Utah.
Bringing together backgrounds in marketing, advertising, operations, and an instinctive eye for design, they built SWAY around a simple idea: a beautifully designed space has the power to change the way someone experiences a property.
What began as a shared creative vision has grown into a full staging and design team serving luxury residential properties, model homes, Parade of Homes projects, and distinctive spaces throughout Utah.
Today, Maria and Kamilla lead SWAY with complementary strengths and a shared standard for thoughtful design, exceptional service, and unforgettable spaces.
